2. Our Services

ÉDITION LIMITÉE CAKES provides custom cake design, creation, and delivery services for various occasions including weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, and celebrations. All cakes are made to order based on customer specifications.

3. Ordering Process

3.1 Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a binding order. After receiving your inquiry, we will contact you to discuss details and provide a quote.

3.2 Order Confirmation

An order is only confirmed after we have agreed on all details (design, size, flavor, delivery) and received the required deposit (if applicable).

3.3 Lead Time

We recommend placing orders at least 2-4 weeks in advance for custom cakes and 6-8 weeks for wedding cakes. Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Quotes

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change based on design complexity, size, and special requirements. Prices on our website are starting prices and may vary.

4.2 Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your order date. The deposit amount and payment terms will be communicated during the ordering process.

4.3 Final Payment

The remaining balance is due prior to or upon delivery, as agreed during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver to McAllen, TX and surrounding areas (available daily) and San Antonio, TX (weekends only – Friday through Sunday).

5.2 Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and order size. Fees will be communicated during the ordering process.

5.3 Pickup Option

Pickup may be arranged at our designated locations by appointment only.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on the order type and timing:

• Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund (minus deposit)
• Cancellations 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund
• Wedding cakes require 30-day cancellation notice for any refund

Deposits are generally non-refundable as they secure your date and begin the design process.

7. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

We offer gluten-free, vegan, and nut-free options upon request. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take precautions, our kitchen processes products containing common allergens, and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

8. Image Uploads

When you upload inspiration images through our forms, you represent that you have the right to share those images. We use uploaded images solely for reference in creating your order. Images inspired by other artists' work will be interpreted with our unique style – we do not create exact replicas of others' copyrighted designs.

9. Limitation of Liability

ÉDITION LIMITÉE CAKES' liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
